End User License Agreement (EULA)

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software solely for your personal, offline, single-player use.

You may not: ● Use the software in online, multiplayer, or competitive environments. ● Reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or resell the software. ● Share your license key with others. ● Use the software in violation of any applicable law or third-party agreement.

The software and all associated intellectual property remain the sole property of WOSM. Purchasing a license does not grant you ownership of the software.

We may update or modify the software at any time without prior notice. You agree to use only the latest version provided.

Your license is immediately terminated if you: ● Breach this EULA. ● Engage in chargebacks or fraudulent activity. ● Attempt to use the software outside permitted conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of the software, and your license key will be revoked.

The software is provided “as-is” without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantee of compatibility, performance, or results.

We shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, bans, or penalties resulting from your use or misuse of the software.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively under UAE jurisdiction.
