Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final once a license key or software has been delivered and activated. We do not accept refunds, cancellations, or exchanges if the software has been used.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only considered in the following limited circumstances: ● The product was not delivered after payment and no license key was issued. ● A duplicate purchase was made in error (and the second license key has not been activated). Once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or activated, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
3. Support for Issues
If you experience technical issues with our products: ● Please contact our 24/7 support team on Discord for assistance. ● Our team will work with you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Support inquiries do not qualify as grounds for refunds.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
● Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. ● Any customer who initiates a chargeback through their payment provider will have their license key(s) permanently revoked and blacklisted, with no eligibility for refund or replacement. ● We reserve the right to pursue further legal action under UAE law in the case of fraudulent or malicious chargebacks.
5. Customer Responsibility
By purchasing and activating our products, you acknowledge and agree that: ● You have read and understood this Refund Policy. ● You accept that refunds are not available after product delivery/activation. ● You will contact our support team for any technical issues instead of seeking a refund or chargeback.
